White Rock Public School

All transfer applications must be submitted online through the Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE). 

• The student's State Testing Number (STN) is required to submit the form. For a White Rock student, their STN is available in the Parent Portal or from their school site. For an out-of-district student, their STN is available from their current (or last) Oklahoma school.
• Transfer applications for the 2025-2026 school year are available for submission
• Open transfer applications for the 2025-2026 school year begin June 1
